With our file built in file transfer program we are able to set up drivers at our end and also recover your data remotely.

We are now happy to offer unlimited* remote assistance for a capped fee! For just £9.99 per month you can have the benefit of you own help desk at your fingertips. We are so confident in our service that there is no need to set up minimum term contracts with expensive cancellation fees. If at any point you wish to stop receiving unlimited remote support simply email us your notice of cancellation**.

*in some cases where an internet connection is not present or where due to infection or other issues we cannot connect to your machine a callout may be required which is not covered by the monthly fee.

**28days notice is required to cancel this service. You will be covered until the final payment has run out.
