It’s simple – if we don’t consider the repair or diagnosis a success, your device will be returned to you at no charge.
We can visit you at home or work during our opening hours. Evening and weekend appointments can also be arranged. Where possible, we quote a fixed price for our services, and will only proceed once you’re happy to. Our standard hourly rate is £40 charged in half-hour increments.
Thanks to our extensive stock of parts, we may be able to arrange repair within a day, or even while you wait as part of our premium service.
